For the THIRD consecutive year, High Noon has received the highest club recognition from Toastmasters International, President's Distinguished Club, for reaching 9 of the 10 Distinguished Club Program goals while maintaining our membership standard. COMMUNICATIONS & LEADERSHIP  AWARD!

Christeen Snell, Director of the Fayette County Library, has been honored with the 2009 Georgia Toastmasters Communication and Leadership Award. 

This annual award is presented to a non-Toastmaster who exemplifies outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Nominated by Fayetteville’s High Noon Club,

Ms. Snell’s qualifications stood out from other candidates

for the breadth and depth of her commitment to her community

and for her support of the ideals of Toastmasters International.  

She was officially recognized at the District 14 (State of Georgia)

Spring Conference on April 25.
